Press F4 and make sure you're in the Job's tab. You should be in the Job's tab by default.
Scroll down until you find the "Kidnapper" job, and click on it.
Look to the bottom right of the menu and click on the blue "Become job" button.
Alternatively, you can simply type: /kidnapper in chat.
